Welcome to Healthy Plate Living! I work with women across the country to align their gut and manage digestive symptoms. I’ll help you explore your diet and identify trigger foods, while educating and guiding you through the phases of an elimination diet. I’ll educate you on different aspects of gut health and provide meal plans with gut-friendly recipes. I provide a Gut Healing Guide booklet, the resources and education necessary to control your symptoms.

Optimal health starts in the gut! Gut health is more than just digestion. A healthy gut has the power to improve immunity, skin, energy, mental functioning and overall health. My approach involves a real food elimination diet to balance your microbiome, the billions of bacteria living in your gut! No matter how severe your symptoms are, everyone has room for improvements in their gut. A healthy gut improves digestive symptoms, keeps weight down, clears mental fog and has you feeling your best!

Hi! I’m Lauren, the gut health expert, and I love working nationally, one-on-one with women looking to manage their digestive symptoms and take back their gut health. Whether you experience irregularity, indigestion, gas, bloating, diarrhea, or general stomach discomfort – I can help!
